Summer at Apogee
Eight weeks. Real experiences. Young people ages 5–15 who are ready to dig in, get outside, and spend their summer doing something that actually matters. Summer at Apogee runs June 15 through August 6. It's open to the public. You don't have to be enrolled in our studio year to join us.
What to expect
Every day has a rhythm, but summer has more room to breathe. We follow curiosity wherever it leads, spend serious time outside, and tackle inquiry projects that learners actually care about. Expect outdoor adventures and afternoons that feel nothing like sitting at a desk.
Highlights
Inquiry Projects
Children dive into topics that genuinely interest them, asking questions, investigating, building, and presenting. Summer is the perfect time to go deep on something without the pressure of a formal curriculum.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
We get outside every day. Movement, nature, and unstructured exploration are built into our summer rhythm because we believe the outdoors is one of the best classrooms there is.
ACADEMICS — MORNING BLOCK
Ninety minutes of focused reading and math every morning. Enough to maintain momentum and prevent summer slide — not so much that it overshadows the season. Kids leave summer sharper than they started.
Open to the public
Summer at Apogee is open to any family with children ages 5–15, no prior enrollment required. Come for a week, come for the full eight weeks. We'd love to have you!
